Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at smokeyt@smokeysamazingfinds.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at smokeyt@smokeysamazingfinds.com.
